🙟 Unearthing Maps of Meaning 🙝
Among linguists, a divide: some assert that the relationship between language signs and meaning is arbitrary.
Conversely, Iconicity researchers suggest that there are inherent reasons to the connection between meaning and language signs.
Beyond linguistic function, some believe that there is spiritual meaning to signs of language.

The Hebrew letters have been studied through the ages for their linguistic function and spiritual meaning.
For example, the ancient Kabalistic book - “Sefer Yetzirah” speaks of the letters as modules forming worlds and realities.

In these artworks, I explore the Hebrew letters through geometrical discovery of their movements.
This adds a facet for the discussion and exploration to those navigating the realms of spiritual semiotics.
